Paying from Belgium follows a predictable pattern: the deposit runs through Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, and you withdraw by bank transfer. What you may still know as Payconiq has been Bancontact Pay since March 2026.
The Bancontact Pay ceilings are €1500 per transaction and €2500 per day. Deposits land instantly; a withdrawal normally takes one to three banking days, on top of the processing time on the operator's side.
What is asked at registration
Signing up looks roughly the same on every site: your details and a verification that precedes the payout. Keep an identity card and proof of residence ready.
Support here usually runs in English, and a complaint cannot reach the Gaming Commission. Leave the transaction mails in your inbox; they are your only foothold if things go wrong.

What the law imposes
Player protection in Belgium is arranged more firmly than players tend to expect with effects you cannot route around. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200. Downwards it goes without an intermediate step, raising happens neither easily nor instantly.
The EPIS system is the regulator's central exclusion list: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. The register is not public. Since 1 September 2024 the minimum age is 21 for casino, gaming hall and betting; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. The check is automatic.

From what age may I play?
The minimum age is 21; since 1 September 2024 it is 21 for casino, hall and betting. Trial accounts fall under the same limit. The 2024 reform aligned every form of play.
Can I deposit with Bancontact at Ally Spin?
Yes, by card or app. The payout then runs by bank transfer. There is no route back to Bancontact — that goes via the bank. Turnaround depends mostly on the operator, not on Bancontact.
Is the bonus worth it?
Check which games count: slots often 100%, table games sometimes 10% or nothing at all. Without converting to euros a percentage says nothing. Watch the maximum stake while clearing, too.
Is Ally Spin legal in Belgium?
Not legal in the Belgian sense: Ally Spin operates without a Gaming Commission licence. It takes two clicks to verify. Do not take the site's own word for it.
Are winnings taxed?
No — gambling winnings fall outside personal income tax. This applies to every licensed operator. Winnings stay outside personal income tax.
Can I have myself blocked?
EPIS is the central register — registering is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The request is free of charge. It is the strongest brake Belgium offers.
